Opinion: Jeans at school

Most of the students at Cartwright are mad about some of the rules in the dress code and there are reasons to be mad. One of the reasons is because other schools in the district get to wear jeans at school and we don’t. In the dress code it also says that we have to wear solid color jackets with no logos or designs, but most of us don’t have solid color sweaters and the economy is already bad enough and we have to go spend more money to meet the requirements in the dress code. To solve this problem Mr Haygen should let us wear jeans and different colored jackets at school so we won’t go broke!
