Student Council

Student council is a group of students from a school that discuss the needs and thoughts of all the students as a whole. They may discuss extracurricular activities or another topic of discussion. They are also responsible for encouraging school spirit through initiating school spirit events such as a school carnival or spirit week. The student council helps share students’ ideas, interests, and concerns with teachers and school principals. They often also help raise funds for school-wide activities, including social events, community projects and school reform.
